Salary: $124,320 – $155,400 + 30% target incentives

What you will do

• Lead outcome-focused conversations to align Microsoft technology with business strategy and develop AI and security roadmaps.
• Architect end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and OneDrive.
• Design Copilot and agent-based solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Architect Zero Trust security solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, Defender XDR, and Microsoft Purview.
• Define consulting and implementation scopes through Statements of Work (SOWs) and partner with delivery teams.
• Enable sales and delivery teams on modern workplace and AI innovations to drive internal IP and GTM strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience architecting, selling, or delivering Microsoft solutions.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Security.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Microsoft certifications in M365, Security, or Power Platform.
• Strong technical writing, stakeholder management, and advisory skills.
• Ability to travel up to 15% between the US and Canada.

• Experience supporting enterprise Copilot pilots or large-scale rollouts.
