What you will do

• Act as the CTMS Technical System Architect for Salesforce and Cloudbyz implementations.
• Maintain a holistic architectural view across study, site, subject, and financial modules, ensuring integration with EDC, eTMF, and IRT systems.
• Serve as the IT delivery owner for CTMS enhancements and manage Cloudbyz as an IT vendor.
• Translate business requirements from Clinical Operations into technically sound user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Design and deliver changes that support GxP principles and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements for validation and audit readiness.
• Communicate technical risks and delivery status to IT and Clinical Systems leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical product management, system architecture, or enterprise application delivery.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering Salesforce-based platforms.
• Strong expertise with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).
• Proven ability to act as a technical design authority within a business-owned governance model.
• Experience working in GxP-regulated environments with validated systems.
• Location: Must be based in Austin, TX

• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, Integration Architecture Designer).
