TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (CRM): Managing the Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) Platform, a global solution integrating data from multiple systems using AI and machine learning to support clinical implants, device transmissions, patient monitoring, and clinic follow-ups with an accent on product strategy, lifecycle management, scalability, and compliance. Focus on defining product vision, prioritizing backlog, leading cross-functional development, and delivering innovation roadmap for cost reduction and enhanced customer experience.
Onsite in Mounds View, MN (4 days per week on-site required, less than 10% travel). Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire; no sponsorship for this role.
Salary: $178,400 - $267,600 USD

What you will do
- Define and communicate product vision grounded in patient/clinician workflows, clinical outcomes, and system interoperability; translate into prioritized backlog.
- Lead continuous discovery with stakeholders, validate problems/solutions using data, and own product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineering, quality, regulatory, operations, and commercial teams to ensure requirements clarity and fast execution.
- Analyze business processes to identify gaps and refine ALM capability architecture; own roadmap tied to measurable outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams in project planning, execution, and lifecycle management of products and processes.
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for ALM Platform, managing internal/external resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or math with 10+ years relevant experience or advanced degree with 8+ years.
- 8+ years product and project management experience with direct backlog ownership for complex digital products.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects/budgets in matrixed organization.
- Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire.
