What you will do

• Define and communicate product vision grounded in patient/clinician workflows, clinical outcomes, and system interoperability; translate into prioritized backlog.
• Lead continuous discovery with stakeholders, validate problems/solutions using data, and own product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, quality, regulatory, operations, and commercial teams to ensure requirements clarity and fast execution.
• Analyze business processes to identify gaps and refine ALM capability architecture; own roadmap tied to measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams in project planning, execution, and lifecycle management of products and processes.
• Provide leadership and operational oversight for ALM Platform, managing internal/external resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or math with 10+ years relevant experience or advanced degree with 8+ years.
• 8+ years product and project management experience with direct backlog ownership for complex digital products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects/budgets in matrixed organization.
• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire.
