What you will do

• Lead cross-functional reviews of technology tools to define pricing, business models, and licensing capabilities.
• Manage the full product data lifecycle from onboarding to syndication across quote-to-cash systems.
• Oversee Product Information Management (PIM) systems, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce, SAP, and Finance reporting.
• Define and enforce data governance policies to reduce redundancy and ensure high data quality and security.
• Collaborate with IT to define and implement business requirements for PIM system automation.
• Coordinate product integration needs resulting from M&As across R&D, Marketing, and Finance divisions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of hands-on experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems such as Pimcore, Informatica, Talend, or SAP MDG.
• Deep proficiency in data modelling, SQL, and a strong understanding of quote-to-cash or manufacturing business processes.
• Expertise in analyzing large datasets using Excel and the ability to resolve data quality issues using AI tools.
• At least 5+ years of experience in product management or technical product management within a technology-oriented organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in San Jose, California.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Product Management or a related field.
