What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for analytics platforms, data pipelines, and reporting systems.
• Define and prioritize requirements to modernize legacy workflows and improve performance.
• Translate data workflows into actionable specifications with engineering and analytics teams.
• Collaborate on data architecture, ETL pipelines, modeling, and distributed systems.
• Drive data quality improvements, lineage, traceability, and validation frameworks.
• Lead backlog prioritization, cross-functional execution, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• 7+ years product management in agile environments building data-intensive products
• Strong experience with data pipelines, analytics systems, or reporting platforms
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, ETL, validation, and governance
• Technical fluency in distributed systems and data platforms
• Exceptional communication to translate technical concepts for stakeholders
• Proven ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous, high-pressure settings

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks, Spark, AWS data services, healthcare data, CMS, FHIR, or regulated environments
