What you will do

• Develop deep understanding of users (customers, patients, partners) and their workflows through interviews and insights.
• Partner with commercial, regulatory, operations, and Japanese business teams to align priorities and gather market needs.
• Translate business requirements into scoped PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Japanese market products.
• Build and own product strategies, roadmaps, and full lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Define success metrics, measure impact, and drive continuous improvements.
• Champion roadmaps with senior stakeholders and contribute to Oncology UXPM team culture.

Requirements

• Japanese fluency in language, culture, and business acumen
• 3-5+ years in software product management, ideally in digital health, healthcare, or biotech
• Experience with regulated products and regulatory affairs (US and/or abroad)
• Proven track record in conceptualizing high-quality customer experiences and end-to-end solutions
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel to Japan 1-2x per year
