What you will do

• Lead and scale a 100+ engineer organization through Directors and Sr. Directors.
• Improve delivery predictability, engineering velocity, production quality, planning, and processes.
• Raise accountability, ownership, and develop strong engineering leaders.
• Drive platform modernization, reliability improvements, and architecture reviews in distributed systems and cloud-native setups (AWS preferred).
• Expand Generative AI in patient/provider workflows, chat/voice automation, and operational systems.
• Adopt AI-assisted development tools to enhance SDLC efficiency and engineering practices.

Requirements

• 15+ years software engineering experience; 6+ years leading large organizations (50-150+ engineers).
• Strong technical depth in cloud-native distributed systems (AWS preferred), scalable platforms, modern web stacks (APIs, React, TypeScript).
• Experience deploying AI/ML or GenAI solutions in production.
• Track record improving execution, quality, and engineering effectiveness.
• Technically strong, detail-oriented, execution-focused, low-ego, pragmatic, decisive; experienced in fast-paced growth environments.
