What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of multiple simultaneous data center deployment projects from design and construction to handover.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure strict timeline adherence.
• Manage resource allocation, budgets, and project schedules within contractual constraints.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions to deployment timelines.
• Ensure data center deployments meet technical and quality standards, including industry best practices and local regulations.
• Travel up to 60% to data center locations to monitor progress and troubleshoot on-site issues.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data center deployment, infrastructure implementation, or technical project management.
• Deep technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling systems.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with U.S. Government export regulations.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% to project sites, often on short notice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup culture.

• Experience with High-Performance Computing (HPC) or AI-specific infrastructure.
• Familiarity with liquid-to-chip cooling technologies and advanced redundancy protocols.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, CDCP, or CDCS.
