What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end deployment of new physical security systems and innovations, including WIDS, across multiple data centers.
• Execute project lifecycle for large-scale security design and enhancements, partnering with Security Design, Networking, Security Engineering, GSOC, Security Operations, DC Operations, and vendors.
• Build and maintain project plans, scope, budgets, milestones, and metrics for proactive leadership reporting and delivery.
• Ensure deployments align with security standards, privacy, legal reviews, and customer requirements.
• Develop standardized documentation, templates, and RACI matrices for repeatable project practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive project or technical program management in physical security deployments for data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Strong technical knowledge of physical security controls, systems architecture (Access Control, Video Management, Intrusion Detection), and compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Proficiency in project management methodologies for complex cross-functional projects.
• Expertise in project planning, risk assessment, mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP, Scrum Master, PSP, or CPP certifications preferred.
