What you will do

• Transform the integration strategy from legacy models to a modern, risk-based, "shift-left" approach.
• Act as the Integration Quarterback for major company initiatives, defining milestones and validating end-to-end workflows from portal to reporting.
• Pioneer the use of AI and LLMs to automate test case generation from PRDs and implement intelligent log analysis.
• Manage Staging and Integration environments, enforcing strict configuration management and version control.
• Recruit and mentor a high-performance team of technical Integration Leads proficient in microservices and business logic.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles managing complex software integration, QA, or SDET teams.
• Deep technical expertise in testing distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures (Kafka, AWS).
• Proven track record of building "Zero-to-One" quality organizations in rapid-growth environments.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be based in San Carlos, CA.
• Familiarity with healthcare standards (HIPAA, CLIA, FDA) is strongly preferred.
