What you will do

• Shape and execute the long-term engineering strategy for PatternBuilder Document Automation, aligning tech direction with business priorities.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and technical staff to foster a culture of trust and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, and Data Science leaders to translate customer needs into scalable, secure cloud-based solutions.
• Oversee delivery execution across multiple teams to ensure high-quality and on-time releases.
• Champion best practices for architecture, reliability, and scalability while promoting the responsible adoption of emerging AI technologies.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable business insights for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in engineering management roles.
• Proven success managing multiple teams or a group of 7+ engineers and leaders.
• Strong experience leading distributed, cloud-based product development on Azure or AWS.
• Deep understanding of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, microservices, and scalable architectures.
• Must be based in the United States.
