What you will do

• Ideate, build, and optimize automated lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS.
• Develop highly personalized and scalable campaigns using customer and behavioral data.
• Collaborate with Digital Programming and Editorial teams on audience segmentation, frequency capping, and consistent branding.
• Establish MarTech workflows required for campaign orchestration, segmentation, and personalization.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation across all CRM channels.
• Partner with the Product team to optimize customer data capture and grow the subscriber database.

Requirements

• 5+ years of lifecycle marketing experience.
• Hands-on expertise in building user journeys or drip campaigns using Braze, Sail-thru, or comparable technologies.
• Proven experience writing and deploying push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS.
• Expert knowledge of email HTML.
• Understanding of global compliance regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
