What you will do

  • Design, launch, and optimize integrated demand generation programs across email, webinars, paid media, and content to drive engagement in enterprise construction.
  • Plan and execute account-based marketing (1:1, 1:few, scaled) with Sales and BDRs aligned to target accounts and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing to create campaign narratives from customer stories and product launches.
  • Use Marketo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads to build audiences, orchestrate journeys, and refine based on performance data.
  • Define goals, analyze funnel metrics (MQLs, opportunities), and recommend adjustments.
  • Maintain feedback loops with Sales and Operations for lead scoring and follow-up; test new channels and AI workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B growth marketing/demand generation in enterprise SaaS.
  • Success with multi-channel campaigns producing qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong project management for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Understanding of demand channels, funnel stages, metrics like MQLs/SQLs.
  • Experience partnering with Sales/BDRs on ABM and ICP alignment.
  • Hands-on with Salesforce, Marketo for execution and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel domestically for events and team sessions.
