What you will do

• Define and own Data & AI product strategy and roadmap by partnering with business leaders to identify opportunities and drive priorities.
• Lead product discovery through data analysis, interviews, workflow mapping, ROI modeling, and experimentation.
• Partner with engineering to deliver scalable data pipelines, unified data models, and end-to-end ML lifecycle including deployment and monitoring.
• Implement AI product patterns like agentic workflows, RAG, prompt strategies, and evaluation frameworks for LLM features.
• Ensure governance, compliance, data quality, and observability standards across data and AI products.
• Drive adoption, change management, quantify impact, and influence stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Medical, and GM functions.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years building data products, AI/ML systems, or related platforms
• Demonstrated domain fluency in Sales, Marketing, Field Medical, and related commercial/GTM functions
• Strong technical acumen: querying data, EDA in notebooks, ML/MLOps literacy (evaluation, feature stores, monitoring, drift)
• Experience shipping LLM-powered or AI products (prompting, RAG, evaluation frameworks, guardrails)
• Familiarity with modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, AWS/SageMaker, Airflow/Dagster)
• Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, life sciences)
• Strong stakeholder leadership and communication skills
