What you will do

• Own a portfolio of AI-powered use cases within the agentic customer lifecycle experience.
• Drive discovery for AI-driven customer support and usage optimization across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science to shape the context layer for AI agents.
• Partner with post-sales teams to identify opportunities for automation versus manual processes.
• Define success criteria and evaluate AI agent performance to inform product strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• At least 2 years of experience shipping AI/ML-powered products in production.
• Fluency in eval frameworks and deterministic vs. non-deterministic AI approaches.
• Strong analytical rigor with experience assessing customer journeys and AI agent accuracy.
• Ability to communicate complex AI capabilities to cross-functional partners and operations leaders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience in support/CX, customer lifecycle, or post-sales product management.
