Sr. Product Manager - AI & Data (Patient Experience & Commercial Operations Focus): Lead strategy and execution of data products, AI/ML systems, and automation for patient navigation, billing, and operational workflows with an accent on reducing friction, improving trust, and driving efficiency. Focus on owning full product lifecycle, ML lifecycle management, AI productization including LLMs and agentic systems, and ensuring governance in regulated healthcare environments.

What you will do

  • Define and own Data & AI product strategy and roadmap for Patient Experience and Commercial Operations by partnering with business leaders to identify opportunities and set priorities.
  • Lead product discovery through data analysis, interviews, workflow mapping, experiments, and define requirements with success metrics.
  • Partner with engineering to deliver data pipelines, unified models, and manage end-to-end ML lifecycle including deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
  • Implement AI patterns like agentic workflows, RAG, evaluation frameworks, prompt strategies, and build vs. buy decisions.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, data quality, and observability standards while maintaining documentation.
  • Drive adoption, change management, monitor impact, and influence stakeholders to integrate products into workflows.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years product management, including 3+ years in data products, AI/ML systems
  • Domain fluency in Patient Experience and Commercial Operations, patient journeys, support channels, operational workflows
  • Technical acumen: querying data, EDA, ML/MLOps literacy (metrics, feature stores, CI/CD, monitoring, drift)
  • Experience shipping LLM/AI products (prompting, RAG, evaluation, guardrails)
  • Familiarity with modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, AWS/SageMaker, Airflow/Dagster)
  • Strong stakeholder leadership; experience in regulated environments (healthcare, life sciences)

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in technical/business discipline
  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, digital health
  • Familiarity with healthcare data (patient, provider, payer, claims, billing, clinical trials)
  • Vendor evaluation, platform selection, external AI tooling
