Senior Director, Strategy & Business Development

Salary: $165,000 - $190,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible)

What you will do

• Oversee initiatives driving revenue and EBITDA growth across Sports & Entertainment assets
• Manage processes for media rights analyses, platforming strategy, partnerships, M&A, and landscape analyses
• Lead preparation of analyses and present recommendations to senior leadership
• Interface and negotiate with external partners on sports rights and commercial deals
• Manage and mentor a team of direct reports
• Build relationships with stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 8+ years in analytical role (management consulting, investment banking, or media/tech business development)
• Proven strategic/analytical skills with significant financial modeling experience
• Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines
• Strong leadership with experience managing teams
• Interest in media industry and comfort interfacing with executives
• Hybrid work: minimum 3 days/week in New York office
