What you will do

  • Lead strategic advisory for client accounts, including calls, messaging, and market positioning across public, private, and clinical stages.
  • Draft and review investor materials like presentations, press releases, and earnings scripts.
  • Oversee research, targeting, roadshows, events, and on-site support with occasional travel.
  • Manage team of junior staff, including mentorship, reviews, and utilization targets.
  • Support business development, marketing materials, and network leveraging for new opportunities.
  • Contribute to firm operations, strategy, and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years in finance, healthcare, communications, or consulting; agency experience ideal.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, teams, and client relationships in fast-paced environments.
  • Deep network in investment community and biotech/healthcare ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, presentation, and strategic skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; subject matter expertise in biotech/healthcare IR.
  • Competent in AI and technology tools; experience with employee reviews and business pitches.
