What you will do
- Lead strategic execution for client accounts including calls, counsel on investor engagement, messaging, and positioning across public, private, and clinical stages.
- Draft and review investor presentations, press releases, earnings scripts, and oversee research, targeting, roadshows, and events with occasional travel.
- Manage client engagements, budgeting, invoicing, and achieve 75% utilization target.
- Build and mentor junior team, conduct reviews, foster growth, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Support business development, pitch new opportunities, leverage networks, and represent at industry events.
- Contribute to operational, growth, and strategy initiatives including thought leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in finance, healthcare, communications, or consulting; agency experience ideal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects on deadline, cultivate investment community networks, and demonstrate leadership and strategic thinking.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for C-suite scenarios; confident writer and influencer.
- Experience managing teams, employee reviews, and development plans.
- Bachelor’s degree required; subject matter expertise in biotech/healthcare IR.
- Competent in technology-driven environments including AI tools.
