Investor Relations advisory firm with an existing Biotech team, expanding into MedTech vertical.

What you will do

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy for MedTech vertical, establish operational frameworks, and shape strategic direction.
  • Drive business development by preparing materials, pitching opportunities, and leveraging networks with investors and analysts.
  • Manage 7–10 Biotech and MedTech clients, provide strategic counsel, and develop high-impact content like presentations and press releases.
  • Build and mentor a team of junior staff, fostering growth and a collaborative culture.
  • Ensure operational excellence, profitability, performance metrics, budgeting, and 75% utilization target.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in Investor Relations with focus on Biotech, MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences.
  • Proven success in agency/consulting, launching/scaling business lines, deep investment community network.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, strategic thinking; manage teams and projects in fast-paced environment.
  • Confident writer/presenter for C-Suite; competent in AI and tech tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience in agency or consulting environments.
  • Strong network within investment community.
