What you will do

• Develop flexible pricing models (T&M, fixed bid, value-based) and conduct market/competitor analysis.
• Define client segmentation, engagement frameworks, onboarding/retention playbooks, and voice-of-customer monitoring.
• Lead deal desk for non-standard pricing, governance policies, and executive deal reviews.
• Equip sales teams with tools/training and track KPIs like margins, win rates, renewals, LTV.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Delivery, Legal on GTM strategy and financial forecasting.
• Hire/develop talent and drive business growth through value-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, enterprise sales ops, or consulting in B2B tech/software services.
• Experience designing pricing models for services/complex solutions (not just SaaS).
• Strong analytical/financial modeling/strategic skills; exceptional communication/stakeholder management.
• Deal desk/client negotiations experience; MBA or advanced degree.
• Value-based/outcome-based pricing; familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, pricing/BI tools.
