Salary: $200,000 - $225,000

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of M&A transactions, from target identification and due diligence to negotiation and integration.
• Drive the strategy and pipeline for hirify.global Digital Ventures, sourcing and managing venture capital investments.
• Develop the corporate development roadmap, identifying growth opportunities and emerging market trends.
• Build investment theses, financial models, and strategic frameworks for the executive team and Board of Directors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
• Mentor junior team members and manage relationships with external advisors and investment banks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or management consulting.
• Proven track record of leading and closing M&A transactions and strategic investments.
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite leadership and Board members.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business; MBA strongly preferred.
• Must be based in Fort Lee, New Jersey

• Direct experience in fintech, banking-as-a-service, or financial services technology.
• Established network within the venture capital and startup ecosystem.
• Experience with post-merger integration planning and execution.
• Familiarity with regulatory considerations for banking, payments, or lending.
