What you will do

• Lead the Acquisition Funnel crew (~8 people), organizing work and taking accountability for crew output.
• Optimize the high-traffic hirify.global.com platform to drive member conversion across multiple markets.
• Scale marketing engines supporting paid, SEO, and LLM channels.
• Develop seamless self-serve conversion flows from initial discovery to final signup.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research, and Product teams to drive revenue and growth.
• Maintain individual contribution to technical objectives (approximately 40% of time).

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Strong expertise in building and shipping scalable web applications.
• Legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
• Deep interest in business growth, conversion funnels, and marketing metrics.
• English working proficiency.
