What you will do

• Define and communicate the technical vision, ensuring best practices in architecture and emerging technologies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs and CTOs, translating business objectives into tailored technical strategies.
• Oversee technical execution to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability across multiple projects.
• Lead, mentor, and staff senior software development teams to foster a culture of excellence.
• Manage project financials, optimize resource allocation, and identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Champion industry influence through open-source contributions and technical thought leadership.

Requirements

• 15+ years of technical leadership experience in consulting, SaaS, or large-scale digital transformation.
• Must be based in Canada and authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Deep expertise in software architecture, cloud platforms, and modern development practices.
• Proven track record in pre-sales, discovery, and solution design for complex projects.
• Hands-on experience with AI, databases, and distributed systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills to influence at all levels.
