What you will do

  • Lead and scale the Growth engineering organization, managing multiple teams.
  • Own technical strategy and execution for GTM enablement, onboarding, experimentation, and monetization systems.
  • Drive a product-led growth engine, including freemium-to-paid conversion and expansion workflows.
  • Build platforms and tooling to manage customers with thousands of assets across multiple sites.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to design scalable growth infrastructure across the GTM funnel.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop engineering leaders and engineers while maintaining high delivery standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading growth, onboarding, or marketplace teams for consumer or business products.
  • Track record of scaling organizations, including managing other managers and career development.
  • Strong technical foundation to guide architecture and execution for complex software systems.
  • Product and data-driven mindset, utilizing experimentation and customer insights for decision-making.
  • Experience building 0→1 systems and scaling them as volume and complexity increase.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience building agentic solutions.
  • Background in B2B software, Product Led Growth (PLG), or Marketplaces.
