What you will do

• Lead multiple engineering teams across product areas, developing people and holding high execution standards.
• Build AI-first product analytics for next-generation software experiences.
• Hire, coach, and foster culture of ownership and pride in shipped work.
• Shape direction with Product and Design, turning ideas into focused execution.
• Set technical bar, empower tech leads, and protect owned systems.
• Drive strategies for customer and business value, including technical evolution for long-term vision.
• Partner with Design, Product, and GTM to launch capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years engineering experience; 4+ years leading teams of 50+, including managing managers
• Proven track record building and shipping customer-facing web applications at scale
• Experience building AI-powered products as core part of production systems
• Strong collaboration with product managers and designers on user-facing work
• Strong judgment in technical tradeoffs with proven lessons
• Leadership through influence, alignment, and growing others
• Skilled at navigating ambiguity, tradeoffs, and complex org structures
• High ownership, accountability, and product instinct
• Practical use of AI in work
