Location: Mostly remote with access to offices in Denver, CO; New York, NY; Dallas, TX (US) and Lisbon, Portugal. Travel required for team meetings (typically monthly/quarterly).
Base Salary: $161,000 - $186,000 (varies by US location; TTC: $186,000 - $214,000 including 15% bonus)

What you will do
- Communicate and coordinate activities across product, engineering, AI, regulatory, and quality teams
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation ensuring compliance
- Lead risk analysis per ISO 14971 and IEC 62304, trace requirements to architecture and tests
- Coordinate with AI scientists and product managers for regulatory submission documentation
- Run agile ceremonies, manage sprints, release planning, and bug triage with engineering and product managers
- Ensure engineers have complete requirements, acceptance criteria, and designs for efficient delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years technical program management experience (or equivalent in related fields)
- Experience in regulated medical device environments (ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, AAMI TIR 45)
- BS in Engineering (preferred) or relevant field
- Certified Scrum Master with agile facilitation experience
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience maintaining product documentation in a Quality Management System
Nice to have
- Experience with data scientists, engineers, product managers, regulatory/quality teams, and clinicians in digital health
