What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Well-being Program Coordinators to ensure operational excellence and alignment with client wellness goals.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members to support program growth.
• Oversee the delivery of health and wellness programs, including the coordination of wellness challenges and promotional events.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to provide strategic recommendations for enhancing onsite cultures of well-being.
• Coordinate connections among diverse client services, including benefits, occupational health, and behavioral health/EAP.
• Monitor program performance and contribute to ongoing strategy development to ensure measurable impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline.
• 5 years of previous health education experience.
• Must be based in Detroit, MI.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills for stakeholder communication.
• Demonstrated ability in budgetary planning and complex problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google tools.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications.
• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Experience serving large, unionized multi-site manufacturing employers.
• Experience providing biometric health screenings (manual blood pressures and finger sticks).
• Current Adult CPR/AED Certification.
