What you will do
- Own the tracking and reporting of leading indicators, SLAs, quality measures, and operational metrics across active contracts.
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards and scorecards for Care Ops and Clinical leadership.
- Analyze attributed populations to surface clinical trends, risk concentrations, and care gaps to prioritize program development.
- Develop clinical and operational business cases and ROI models for new programs before they are built.
- Design and run a QA and audit program evaluating human care delivery and AI-enabled workflows.
- Perform root cause analysis on missed targets and partner cross-functionally to drive improvements.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in healthcare within performance management, quality improvement, or analytics.
- Proven experience using data to drive operational change and owning performance measurement in complex environments.
- Strong familiarity with value-based care (VBC) performance metrics, SLAs, and engagement benchmarks.
- Experience designing and executing QA or audit programs to evaluate operational or clinical quality.
- Ability to translate population-level analytics into prioritized program opportunities for senior medical leadership.
- Must be based in the Eastern or Central time zone.
