What you will do

• Lead the development and adoption of a data-driven analytics platform focused on perioperative efficiency.
• Partner with clinicians and executives to define KPIs and solve high-impact operational challenges.
• Manage and develop a team of performance insights analysts, setting high standards for analytical rigor.
• Shape the evolution of the analytics suite by defining requirements and prioritizing features with product and engineering teams.
• Drive tool adoption across diverse user groups, including surgeons and hospital leaders, through enablement strategies.
• Establish and maintain standards for data accuracy and reliability across scalable data pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or performance improvement within healthcare.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong hands-on skills in SQL and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• 3+ years of people management experience with a track record of developing talent.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured analyses and recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience working with EHR data (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
• Deep familiarity with perioperative workflows and metrics.
• Experience in healthcare consulting, digital health, or SaaS analytics platforms.
