What you will do
- Architect and maintain a comprehensive capacity model mapping volume mix, omnichannel routing, and capture rates.
- Transform raw workforce data into actionable intelligence, computing ticket lifecycle metrics and validating handle time distributions.
- Bridge Operations and Finance by translating Erlang C FTE requirements into fully loaded staffing plans and budget reconciliations.
- Manage and enforce 30-60-90 day headcount lock plans for offshore BPO vendor partners.
- Project operational rates and demand across monthly, quarterly, and multi-year horizons, incorporating seasonality.
- Clean and map complex raw ticket data through carrier, payer, and agent specializations.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in capacity planning fundamentals (Volume, AHT, shrinkage, attrition, occupancy, and SLA targets).
- Advanced SQL fluency in Snowflake, including expertise with CTEs, window functions, and UNION ALL orchestration.
- Experience leveraging LLMs and AI-assisted tools to accelerate exploratory data analysis.
- Proven track record of partnering with Product and Engineering to drive automated deflection based on capacity insights.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (as indicated by 401k, HSA/FSA, and E-Verify requirements).
