What you will do

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with operations teams to understand business drivers and resolve workflow challenges.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to treatment centers to observe processes and launch pilot initiatives.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong financial acumen and demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to treatment centers (including air and car travel).

Nice to have

• MBA degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
• Prior exposure to healthcare or healthcare operations.
• Current residency in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area.
• Experience with financial modeling and business intelligence tools.
• Experience with multi-site or service-based operations.
