Location: 100% remote, must live anywhere in the US. No visa sponsorship or transfer.

Salary: $72,758 - $112,257/year

What you will do

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to discover and document automation and AI opportunities.
• Conduct intake interviews, shadow processes, and build current-state and future-state process maps.
• Author functional and non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Support business case development using ROI calculator and standardized value levers.
• Maintain artifacts throughout initiative lifecycles and partner with developers, architects, and QA.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's + 4 years or Master's + 2 years experience in business analysis, business administration, engineering, information science, health/science field.
• CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, or PMI-PBA preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience authoring process maps, requirements, and functional documentation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of automation/AI concepts, Finance/healthcare operations, UiPath, agentic AI/IDP.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or process-improvement certification.
