What you will do
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Windows and MacOS clients via Entra ID, AD, and Intune.
- Maintain on-site IT equipment, including Teams Rooms and hybrid work setups.
- Administer rights and license management through Google Cloud, AD, and Entra ID.
- Optimize and automate Service Desk processes using PowerShell and Intune.
- Operate and manage audio, video, and streaming equipment including KNX, DMX, and RTSP.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a relevant field.
- Completed training as a Fachinformatiker or a similar technical qualification.
- Fluent English and German communication skills are mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Hamburg, Germany.
