Client Support Engineer (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Windows and MacOS clients via Entra ID, AD, and Intune.
• Maintain on-site IT equipment, including Teams Rooms and hybrid work setups.
• Administer rights and license management through Google Cloud, AD, and Entra ID.
• Optimize and automate Service Desk processes using PowerShell and Intune.
• Operate and manage audio, video, and streaming equipment including KNX, DMX, and RTSP.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Completed training as a Fachinformatiker or a similar technical qualification.
• Fluent English and German communication skills are mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Hamburg, Germany.
