What you will do
- Support customers to restore crashed systems quickly
- Investigate OutOfMemory errors, crashes, and provide preventive solutions
- Troubleshoot performance and SMB communication issues
- Provide settings to resolve security issues from pentests
- Assist customers directly with system and network configurations
- Create and update technical documentation and troubleshooting guides
Requirements
- Strong technical background with 3+ years resolving Level 2-3 incidents
- Good knowledge of networking protocols and operations
- Solid knowledge of Windows and/or Linux OS
- Knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL, Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, MariaDB, DB2 helpful
- Ability to handle stress professionally during incidents
- German C1 level speaking/writing and sufficient English required
