What you will do

• Identify and implement hardware and software solutions based on company standards.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair technical faults in laptops and desktops.
• Install and configure new IT hardware and resolve BMC ITSM tickets.
• Conduct internal inventory to ensure the integrity of the hardware fleet and equipment.
• Support the roll-out of new projects and evaluate emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco.
