TL;DR
Helpdesk / IT Support Specialist: Provide hands-on IT support across hardware, software, and access tools, manage IT assets end-to-end, and handle Atlassian, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 with an accent on troubleshooting, user management, and endpoint security. Focus on optimizing workflows, ensuring office IT readiness, and improving processes for scalability.
Location: On-site in Berlin (5 days per week), occasional travel to Potsdam office required. Confident working on-site in Berlin.

What you will do
- Provide hands-on IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and access issues.
- Manage IT hardware and assets, including procurement, lifecycle tracking, and onboarding preparation.
- Support Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for project setup, workflows, and permissions.
- Handle user identities and access in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including onboarding/offboarding.
- Manage devices and endpoint security with Microsoft Intune and Defender.
- Improve IT processes, documentation, and office environment readiness.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support or operations
- Solid knowledge of hardware, macOS, Windows, basic networking, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
- Confident working on-site in Berlin
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills for non-technical users
- Fluent English required; German is a plus
