What you will do
- Act as 3rd-level support escalation point for complex incidents.
- Design secure cloud and hybrid infrastructure architectures.
- Develop customer-specific infrastructure and security concepts.
- Implement cloud projects, Zero Trust, and identity protection strategies.
- Secure hybrid IT environments per modern standards and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with 2nd-level support and contribute to cloud/security portfolio across multiple customer projects.
Requirements
- Degree or training in IT or comparable qualifications.
- 6–7+ years of relevant experience, ideally in IT service provider with 3rd-level support in complex environments.
- Experience designing/implementing cloud/infrastructure projects and security in hybrid clouds.
- Strong Microsoft Cloud: Azure (IaaS, hybrid), Intune, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Microsoft Defender, DLP, Zero Trust, Microsoft Virtual Desktop.
- Solid Microsoft infra: Windows Server, Hyper-V, Failover Clustering, Exchange/SQL Server, terminal servers.
- Networking/security: Fortigate/Meraki firewalls, VPN, segmentation, routing/switching; tools like VEEAM, Mailstore, NoSpam Proxy, Proxmox, Postgres, NinjaOne, Linux, HAProxy.
- Languages: German C1/C2; English B2.
- High customer orientation and responsibility.
