TL;DR
Director, Digital Merchandising (Entertainment): Lead on-site merchandising and promotional execution across Fandango.com, Fandango at Home, and RottenTomatoes.com with an accent on optimizing content placement and conversion performance. Location: Must be willing to work hybrid in Orlando, FL or Los Angeles, CA (minimum of three days per week in office)

What you will do
- Own top-funnel execution of merchandising strategy across homepage and high-impact surfaces for assigned properties.
- Balance priorities across AVOD, TVOD, and Ticketing businesses while aligning placements to company goals like revenue, margin, and audience growth.
- Develop prioritization frameworks, merchandising calendars, and decision documentation for cross-functional alignment.
- Monitor KPIs like conversion rate, revenue per visit, and engagement; conduct A/B testing and deliver performance recaps.
- Implement plans for major releases, campaigns, and events in partnership with Studio Relations, Marketing, Editorial, Product, and Ad Sales.
- Steward high-traffic surfaces by evaluating UX, audience segmentation, personalization, and industry trends.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or content-driven commerce
- Experience managing high-traffic consumer-facing websites
- Demonstrated prioritization across competing stakeholders and objectives
- Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Proven track record driving revenue or engagement growth
- Excellent communication to articulate tradeoffs and influence stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience in entertainment, media, ticketing, or streaming
- Familiarity with CMS and experimentation platforms like Optimizely or Adobe Target
- Working in matrixed, multi-brand organizations
