Salary: $117,880 - $240,000

What you will do

• Build and execute the strategic growth plan for the online sales platform.
• Oversee the strategic roadmap for the website and mobile app to ensure a seamless, intuitive, and compliant player experience.
• Lead targeted acquisition strategies across retail, digital, social, email, and experiential channels.
• Design and optimize the end-to-end player lifecycle, focusing on acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation journeys.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Marketing teams to monitor site performance and optimize digital channel efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Technology, and Sales teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements and manage release cycles.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recent experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, preferably with P&L responsibility.
• Must be based in or able to work in Trenton, NJ (Hybrid).
• Strong experience generating online sales growth using CRM, digital advertising, or loyalty programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Proven ability to build consensus across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Gaming industry experience is strongly preferred.
