What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive aggressive revenue growth for F1 on Amazon US.
• Oversee and optimize advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Ads and DSP, to increase traffic and ROI.
• Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics to prevent stockouts and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Develop and communicate short and long-term financial plans for sales, margin, and profitability.
• Optimize website UX and conversion rates through continuous A/B testing and SEO on Amazon.
• Manage the direct relationship and lead account negotiations with the Amazon US Vendor Manager.

Requirements

• 8+ years of e-commerce experience specifically with Amazon.
• 3+ years in a management position.
• Advanced technical skills in AWS, Shopify, and ERP systems.
• Expert proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas and logic.
• Must possess US work authorization; sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with FileMaker Pro.
• Strong Photoshop skills for product image editing.
