What you will do

• Design and implement foundational GenAI services including vector search, prompt tuning, and agent orchestration.
• Build infrastructure for autonomous AI agents with support for collaboration, reasoning, and memory persistence.
• Implement RAG at scale, covering ingestion pipelines, chunking policies, and hybrid search.
• Develop cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes, MLflow, and Terraform on AWS.
• Embed compliance-by-design for HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA regulations.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish organizational standards for AI/ML development.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software/ML engineering, with 5+ years in ML engineering at scale.
• Expertise in production-grade ML/LLM systems using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Spark, and AWS.
• Proven experience with fine-tuning, RAG, prompt orchestration, and agentic systems.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI platforms like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong grounding in compliance-first engineering (healthcare/biotech preferred).

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Experience in pharma, diagnostics, or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and bias detection.
