GenAI/LLM Engineer [Middle/Senior]

Location: Remote (CET Timezone)

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and develop LLM-based solutions (chatbots, copilots, assistants)
  • Build and optimize RAG pipelines (retrieval, embeddings, reranking)
  • Work with LLM APIs and open-source models (OpenAI, Claude, Llama, etc.)
  • Fine-tune models and improve performance (LoRA / prompt engineering)
  • Integrate GenAI solutions into production systems
  • Collaborate with data engineers and product teams
  • Ensure scalability, reliability and quality of AI systems

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in ML / NLP / AI
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLM solutions
  • Experience with RAG evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, DeepEval)
  • Strong Python skills
  • Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases
  • Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar frameworks
  • Experience with OpenAI API or open-source LLMs
  • Understanding of LLM evaluation and prompt engineering
  • English level: B2+
