What you will do

• Lead AI development by designing and implementing AI-powered products focused on Agentic systems.
• Create evaluations and define success metrics using cutting-edge AI platforms for LLMs.
• Implement MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of models in production.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to align AI with business needs.
• Mentor and coach junior AI engineers, fostering learning and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• BSc/Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in LLM-powered production applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, PyTorch).
• Proven experience with AWS and cloud-based AI deployments.
• Solid understanding of AI model fine-tuning, optimization, and evaluation.
• Strong communication skills in English to explain complex AI concepts.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, RAG, multi-agent architectures, and MLOps best practices.

• Strong data intuition for inspecting logs and identifying quality regressions.
