What you will do

• Architect scalable AI/ML platforms and end-to-end pipelines for data ingestion, training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Optimize production ML systems for performance, reliability, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
• Evolve ML stack with frameworks, libraries, and infrastructure for clinical workflows.
• Ensure data quality, reproducibility, and compliance in production pipelines.
• Drive process improvements for transitioning models from research to production.

Requirements

• 12+ years experience (8+ Master's, 5+ PhD) in AI/ML systems, preferably regulated healthcare.
• Deep expertise in ML pipelines, distributed serving, production lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Python/Java, reproducible workflows, software best practices.
• ML infrastructure: Kubernetes, Helm, Airflow, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Airbyte.
• Advanced AWS (SageMaker, S3), MLflow, Terraform, Databricks.
• Regulatory knowledge: FDA, HIPAA (preferred).
