What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Implement and reinforce MEDDPICC and Challenger Sale methodologies to drive consultative, value-based selling.
- Own the team's pipeline generation and progression, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal closure.
- Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to identify trends and optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align campaigns and retention strategies.
- Utilize CRM tools and analytics to maintain data integrity and refine go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing inside sales teams.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Must successfully pass a comprehensive, fingerprint-based background check for CJIS security compliance.
