What you will do

  • Engage prospective clients to understand challenges and present tailored solutions demonstrating hirify.global product value.
  • Design and architect solutions aligning customer needs with product capabilities, collaborating with product and engineering teams.
  • Employ value selling techniques, build stakeholder relationships, and address pain points with compelling propositions.
  • Act as evangelist for Apache Flink and hirify.global solutions through conferences, webinars, technical content like whitepapers and blogs.
  • Conduct technical workshops and training, gather customer feedback for product improvement, support post-sales transition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, or similar technical role in software, data, or analytics industry.
  • Extensive experience with streaming data technologies, particularly Apache Flink.
  • Strong expertise in big data, distributed systems, and real-time data processing.
  • Proven value-based selling skills translating technical solutions to business benefits.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to design enterprise-grade solutions and strong problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for sales and customer engagements.
