What you will do

• Act as the primary technical counterpart for enterprise and institutional partners during evaluations, pilots, and integrations.
• Lead technical discovery sessions covering architecture, performance, security, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Design and support test environments and benchmarks to validate throughput, latency, and cost assumptions.
• Translate enterprise requirements into clear technical feedback for product and engineering teams to shape roadmap priorities.
• Guide partners through OP Stack architecture, deployment models, and operational best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in Technical Pre-Sales.
• Background in blockchain infrastructure, cloud platforms, or distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum or EVM-based systems.
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for C-level stakeholders and non-technical users.

Nice to have

• Experience working with regulated institutions such as banks, asset managers, or payments firms.
• Ability to support documentation localization and technical enablement in Japanese.
