What you will do

• Lead discipline-specific design efforts in telecom/ICT, ensuring coordination, quality, and alignment with project scope and standards.
• Serve as project lead on complex projects, monitoring financial health, identifying risks, and delivering work profitably.
• Mentor engineers and production team through guidance, design reviews, feedback, and involvement in client interactions.
• Contribute to hirify.global systems by authoring Pull Requests, updating documentation, and proposing workflow improvements.
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor, participate in pursuits, interviews, and strategic discussions.
• Conduct site visits, field verifications, and programming sessions as needed, documenting findings for coordinated delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in AEC or related services with strong telecom/ICT, structured cabling, low voltage expertise
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder projects with minimal oversight
• Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, GitHub
• Strong project delivery, documentation, coordination, and communication skills
• Eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available

• RCDD (Telecom/ICT), CDT certifications
