What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline projects, guiding them from initial requirements through final closeout and ensuring quality standards.
• Mentor Designers and Associates through hands-on guidance, design reviews, and structured performance feedback.
• Improve firmwide workflows and standards by contributing to GitHub via Pull Requests and documenting lessons learned.
• Cultivate client relationships by providing clear communication, technical narratives, and thoughtful problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Project and Group Leads to align on scope, sequencing, and coordination strategies.
• Support business development by contributing to pursuit narratives, fee assumptions, and client interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in AEC or professional services with expertise in Telecom/ICT, Structured Cabling, or Low Voltage.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, and GitHub.
• Proven ability to lead discipline portions of mid- to large-size projects independently.

Nice to have

• RCDD certification (highly preferred for Telecom/ICT).
• CDT, CCNA, EIT, PE, or PMP certifications.
